If the amount of weight you can deadlift improves your mood, maybe deadlifting Barry Austin is the way to go.

Either that, or powerwanking with both arms.

I resisted it all friggin afternoon, no the TV will not go on BBC1 whatever happens.

5:48 I flick it on expecting to see miserable unwashed blue noses only to see a wide open goal and a Newcastle player scoring the friggin winner for the undead.  I now think it was all my fault, sorry.

Damn, you'd think the Gardner clan would have somewhere better to go but, no, they're back in the Club Lounge.

Yak, yak, yak, yak.

I wonder if they'll get 25k at their next home game to see them parade the trophy.

They are all coming out of the woodwork on facebook now, thank god i'm not back in brum this week.

If we can get a good result on wednesday I have hope for us but the FA cup final is a long way off for us at the moment.

Arsenal are a joke. Shambles. Embarrassment. Disgrace.

I think when I wake up tommorow, spend about 30 minutes on the elliptical trainer and deadlift about 300lbs I'm going to feel a bit better. It still feels like a dream that those neanderthals have won something, won't be too bothered by their fans.

Hopefully we can pull off the shock on Wednesday too.

Heard Citeh drew with Fulham at home. Not a good result for the,

No wonder you keep landing all those 8/10's there Pinocchio. The needle on my Chin-O-Meter just broke.

Your jealously is melting my computer screen.

Still it could be worse, you could be a Raptors, Maple Leaf or Blue Jays fan, oh wait...

oh wait...I'm not from Toronto and I don't support any of those teams.

No, I'm not jealous of any of your 8/10 palm girfriends. No wonder you have to work out. Your right arm must be huge.

Went out after the final whistle. Cars with blue and white scarves hanging out the window already and a Knuckle dragger staggering down the road singing "shit on the Villa" at the top of his voice.

Wankers.

I don't live in Birmingham but by eck there is a right dive of an estate just round the corner in the next Avenue where a few noses dwell. I bloody hope I don't bump into them in our local shop.

I am OK with this win for them. I hate it when skyteams turn up and win the cups every year. We had the chance twice last year to do what they have done and we blew it. Yes luck was part of it but if you stay in the game something turns up.

And that's what they've done really well this season. Stayed in the game and made their own luck. No complaints.

And it's Arsenal all over too. Skilful, gifted, talented, always challenging for trophies....

but when it comes down to it, without the balls to win.

Gutted they've won but as the old saying goes ''the Sun shines on every dogs arse once in a while''.

Hopefully they'll react in the same way as we did after we won in 94 and go on a long run of defeats - relegation for them would be an acceptable postscript.

A great day to be 12,000 miles away.
