I think Agger is better than we have there is a big difference in the goalkeepers and the stats show we have conceded

4 clean sheets on the trot now for Liverpool would suggest they are. That or they have a manager who can sort the defence

Some curious stuff flying around a few websites about Tomas Rosicky being investigated for match fixing after yesterdays Arsenal v. Newcastle game, and some suggesting the ref will be investigated too!

Carragher is on the slide and nowhere near the force he once was, Johnson can't defend, Skrtel is pretty good but injury prone and Kyrgiakos is just shit.

And let's not forget they see Warnock as an upgrade on Aurelio/Konchesky/whoever they have there now.

There's not a lot wrong with the rest of their team but their defence really needs an overhaul if they want to get right back up there. They seem to be enjoying the usual new manager bump in form at the moment but it won't last.

Edit. Cuellar for instance would easily get into their team.

Cuellar is wasted at our club in all honesty. God knows what he needs to do to play in his best position. We have too many playing out of position and have had for some time. That may have something to do with why we're conceding so many.

I agree totally about Carlos and you are so right about playing players out of position

Walker can play left back can't he? I would be tempted to try him there and switch Cuellar to right back, just till the end of the season when we will buy a new left back.

He probably can but then you have got 2 players playing out of their natural positions which in my opinion we shouldnt be doing...I would prefer to give Lichaj a chance at left back and I would put Carlos in the centre of defence with James Collins
