Done. A bit of a doddle about but entertaining. Cracking goals.

First game in, so that's good that we still win.

I guess Boro are a week or so ahead in fitness.

Usually we'd be losing 2-1 to Walsall.

Across the I.S Friday.

Any links to the goals yet? Keep watching SSN and they keep purposely not showing them! Saw Posh's second, looked like it took a massive deflection.

That's next Tuesday night's entertainment.

Goals should be on SSN after ten, they showed the Young goal right after it happened which is well worth seeing.

Young's goal was beautiful - Ash at his best.

Good run out, nice to see Ash hitting the ground running for the new season, even if it is only a friendly against lower league opposition.  Stunning goal.

How does lichaj look -and albrighton?

Lichaj looks quality, really good movement with great header on back post, one for the futre, playing out of possition though at left back , he is a right back normaly

Didn't he play for West Ham?

Parish has never really convinced me. I think Siegrist should be third choice.

You wouldn't be saying that if you had seen him fumble his way around the penalty area at Rugby on Saturday. Granted he could have been doing it on purpose but he looked very dodgy.
Mind you, playing behind Tamuff's back four would have given Lev Yashin palpitations.

Great save again Elliott Parish from a close-range shot from Kelvin Langmead

So that's where he ended up.

I went to school with him.

This has probably been asked already, but are Peterborough going to become the new Walsall in our pre-season calendar?
