Always seems to be the baddies that win at the end.

Leeds back in the grand final. Been a remarkable turnaround having seemed dead and buried halfway though season

Watched the first game of the RL World Cup this afternoon. England were very impressive beating Samoa 60-6 and scored 20 tries.

Not quite 20, bud. Although the way we were running them in at the end it certainly seemed like it 🏉

Used to watch a lot of rugby league years back. Saw a bit of talk in the media that the game between England and Samoa was too close to call and if anything Samoa slight favorites.

Seems a big statement performance from England then!

They were saying that the Samoan team were all top Australian league players which is where the media got that idea from.
I think if they could have caught the ball the score would have been closer.

England were brilliant though

I didn't see Saturday's match but also heard Samoa were favourites. England should get to the final now and then it will be down to whether they can beat the Aussies on the day.

The Papua New Guinea v Tonga and Cook Islands v Wales games over the couple of nights have been some of the most entertaining sports matches I've seen for a while.

Decent game this. Be great if New Zealand can just nick it but imagine the baddies will hold on.

I think England might have been hustled by Samoa in their earlier meeting.

Golden Point is absolute shite but England can't complain as they invented it. Well done Samoa.

New season of the Northern Game Super League started tonight.

Leigh are back in the top flight, but are now the Leopards rather than the Centurians.

They’ve also taken the Forest approach to promotion and basically signed a new squad.

Let’s see if they manage to stay up this time.
