Nothing unethical about Forex trading, and I am down considerably in my personal account. :(

Ethics?

Does anybody wear a football shirt that was made by a child in Indonesia, Vietnam, or China?

Let's be honest. However good it makes us feel about ourselves if we had received a decent offer in the last couple of years Acorns would not have been on the shirt. It has been great fro the club and the charity.

This is all about revenue generation and making the club self financing. Ethics and moral high grounds left football some time ago.

That's stretching it bob- I'd settle for a half time masseur, as long as she's fit thanks!

A masseur is a man.

He might well be fit, I'm sure at the very least he'll know a fair bit about reflexology.

Glad the Acorns association is remaining.

Me too. That was one of the things that attracted me to Villa as well as Barca were the charity connections. Shows a lot about a team to do that. You sure as shit won't see ManU doing it!

...............and you won't see us doing it again either.

I don't think anyone really cared other than Acorns, mainly because Acorns are not a national charity.

It was a nice gesture I have to admit.

The trouble is the world is a hard, hard place these days, with most people thinking about themselves and not anybody else.

Randy seems to me to be a guy that genuinely cares, a true philanthropist, albeit in a small way.

A logo on a football shirt can only go so far in raising money through exposure.  What Villa have done is linked their new sponsorship with Acorns so they now have links with Villa and FxPro.  If Villa continue to do this with other companies it could grow, a bit like a pyramid scheme.  In this way, contributors at the base give a little but the charity at the top receive a great deal more than they would through a logo on the shirt.

Word is we're going to have the sponsor and the tagline on the shirt.

Nowt against the FXPro part.

But 'Trade Forex like a Pro' will look a bit pants.

Still, they're paying so I guess they call the shots.

Yep. The Trade Forex like a pro part is a little cheesy to say the least!

Pretty bored with the money vs. ethics-rubbish. How about a genuine opinion?

What anyone else thinks doesn't matter in this case anyway.

Not quite sure whats unethical about a foreign exchange company.....they certainly give a better deal to their customers than the banks, so quite happy.

Someone on another website seemed to think it was worth about £8m per season, that'll do.
