Did my first run of the year yesterday. Took it quite easy as I have just got over a pulled calf, doing 12km in slightly over an hour. Taking the bike out today for a spin today.
With the gyms closed I’ve been out pounding the streets today. I’m not normally a runner so I was surprised at how far I got without needing a breather, probably a mile. So now I’m aiming to build on that and gently push myself towards a 5k target.

Was that your first run? If so, a mile is very good going, you'll be doing 5K in no time.
I’m getting quite big differences in time/distance between my phone and my garmin watch. Anybody else had this occur, it was miles out yesterday?
