Sendo mate

Dont say we did not warn you - he will have no hiding place now with the London press - they used to ignore him and the other cronies up here but now they will hang onto every word he says and he will be shown up for the prick that he really is.

They will make your club a laughing stock - also i would not bet on them almost wanting relegation as it gives them the perfect opportunity to reduce the wage bill. They are not football people they are money people and just like our old uncle Doug think more of their peers acknowledgement of cutting costs and running a financially viable operation than they ever will about winning footbal matches.

Oh and every now and then any one of them can come out with a pearler that shows everyone that they are just very rich chavs at heart.

I feel sorry for you mate i really do as it will get worse and maybe never better

Yeah I have to admit I'm fast becoming quite sceptical about Sullivan in particular who seems more interested in making a big deal about what a terrible state the club is in so that in 5 years time he can point at what he started out with when we're sitting in mid table bored off our tits. Though the most annoying thing for me is when he keeps appearing on tele in his West Ham shirt. Smacks of Mike Ashley sitting in the stands at St James' Park trying desperately to fit in with the plebs.

Still at least Mr Tumnus and ol' saggy tits have been pretty quiet so far.

In fairness though, we probably need a large dose of this at the moment.

I doubt it. Cutting costs and running a financially viable operation for themselves.

Have they put up the ticket prices yet?

When they took over at B-lose the first hing they did was close down all the youth setup as they didn't see the point in spending money developing youth when they can just purchase players.

They have shown in the last few weeks that they still don;t know about running a football club really. Although Spam need to cut costs they way they have gone about it is going to alienate players who they have and future signings. Talk of not paying Davenport as being stabbed in the leg was against the terms of his contract, forcing Dyer to retire and the blabbing about a 25% pay cut for all staff (including admin staff on 25K a year rather then a week).

Sendo, have the pornsters cashed in on substitute and added time yet? Soon you'll hear a sub or added time announced at Upton Park followed by, "this substitute is sponsored by 'we'll-do-anything-for-money.com etc. And, (honestly) they do the same when the stretcher comes on for an injured player.
Trust me, you've got years of this desperate sh#t to put up with. God help you. ;-)

Do you remember when they announced the amazing commerical enterprise that was the sock ties that were supposed to improve physical performance or something.  Truly bizarre.

Soccerties! They were the next big thing, apparently! Ha!

I also fondly remember the tat they used to try and sell the Sty dwellers. Best of all was the "Free Watch" which was emblazoned with a ready made pair of bollocks that were just begging to be wrapped around a Northfield Chav's wrist. All you had to do to get this "Free Watch" was to ring this 0898 number and it would be sent out to you by first class post.
What they failed to tell though was that the phone call would cost you a whopping £50, which was a fortnight's dole money for most of the Noses.

Ahh the memories!

My favourites were:

- the adverts in the local papers moaning that the fans weren't doing their bit

- their diary listing our honours

- "The Birmingham City substitute, sponsored by Mr Latif's Emporium is ... "

- Sullivan's little rant about "how can we compete with their support?"

To be fair, Davenport may turn out not to be the innocent victim we all thought. He's been charged with a serious criminal offence.

GBH on his sister? And anyway he might have been charged but don't clubs normally wait until they are found guilty before getting shot of them rather then trying to withdraw to wriggle out on a loophole

I recall their not so gentle encouragement, via Brady, to boycott the Birmingham Evening Mail due to a negative story being written.
This led to a few of the street vendors being verbally and physically abused - Nice.

Also, they wanted City fans, in a full page advertisment,  to boycott a couple of supermarkets (Sainsbury's and Morrison's from memory), due to them refusing to stock the Sport newspapers.

They also stated in the advert that The Daily Sport were the only organisation to offer 'cancer sufferer Bobby Moore a job.' - Classy.

A Blues supporting mate of mine told me that in one of the suites at the Blues, they had a huge painted canvas of Sullvan arms aloft with the crowd beneath him all haling him like a Caesar.

I can't see them lasting long if the started doing things like this. In fairness though, who was the last decent player to come out of Birmingham's youth team? Julian Dicks?

Fucking hell. That is shocking.

Mind, we're used to embarrassing gimmicks. We've already had a few years of Pardew and his "Moore than a football team" antics.

Just wait until they start taking the piss with ticket prices, begging the council to put the money in that they can't, making ludicrous comments that make you look foolish about your rival London clubs, complain if you don't sell out on the basis tha they are great regardless of how shit your team is, undermine your manager at every turn and come up with more laughable gimmicks than those in the "That's Amazing" sketch in the fast show.

And that's before I start on that daft cow Brady.
