The White Sox are a good choice.
I mean I hate them, but they are good choice.
And btw, the answer to "Does anyone care about the Giants and Dodgers moving?"
OH YEAH!
People really never let that go.
Both teams left in the exact same year.
In fact, Citifield, the new Mets Ballpark is in fact a tribute t the Dodgers
The Giants and Dodgers fans, most of them at least, had t wait almost 20 years for the Mets to come around to actually root for a team.

The White Sox have one other reasonably famous fan...... However they do have the third worst (after Tim McCarver & Joe Morgan) commentator in Ken "Hawk" Harrelson. Hey Ken, you can shove it up your arse.......... YESSSSSSSS !!

After years of people trying to save it, Tiger Stadium was finally demolished yesterday. This was one of my favourite ballparks. The overhanging upper deck behind home plate was a great place to watch baseball

Maybe just your top 3 as a "stadiums to go to before you die" type thing. (leave out yankee and fenway, because for me that's not a travel type thing) I would have never thought t go to see Tiger Stadium.

I would have never thought t go to see Tiger Stadium. PNC Park - PittsburghGreat ballpark, spectacular views, crap baseball team (handy for the Warhol Museum and an easy walk across the Roberto Clemente bridge from downtown) Its right next to Heinz Field as well. On one of my trips I did Baseball on the Saturday afternoon followed by College Football in the evening. Then on the Sunday I was at the NFL game in the afternoon and baseball that night. Pac Bell / AT&T Park (or whatever its called these days) - San FranciscoGreat looking ballpark. However, everythings very expensive. Petco - San DiegoIts in San Diego...... what else matters If you haven't been to Wrigley, then thats a must-see. However, its really a dump.

Man U scum! It also pisses me off that people here in the UK wear Yankees clothing and haven't got a clue about the team. A mate of mine wears a Yankees hat regularly and couldn't name a single player

I see that though around town with White Sox, Dodgers, Mets and Red Sox. Years ago I used to ask if the they liked baseball. I soon stopped bothering.

I believe their fans like to invade the field and attack umpires and players.
Oh dear they sound like Blose. Oh well, I've picked them now. They breaks yer 'eart, Tom but...
They also had 8 players banned for throwing the world series in about 1919 I beleive. My mate is a Cubs fan and his bro is a white sox fan. It is such a happy house hold.

I do own a Yankees top. But then again I am a Yankees fan. To my defence I didn't know all about the history when I started supporting them.

That's one of the few baseball facts I already knew... the old Jewish gangster mentions it in Godfather 2.

There is nothing wrong with the Yankees history, wear that top proudly.
We have the best owner in the game and possibly the ONLY owner in all of sports that truly cares more about winning than making money.
We aren't a Johnny-come-lately team as much as anyone likes to think so. We may actually be the opposite of that and the most hated team in sports. The kind of team other fans hate, but other players want to play for.
We are hated for our passion and for winning too much, while Aryan Nation over in Boston is applauded for being "the peoples team" and routinely do the things they accuse the yankees of (highest beer prices, parking prices, etc.)
We are classy. Plain and Simple.
And by the way, in America, we have front runners and girls wearing baseball hats that can't name a player.
but we just call them Redsox fans
p.s. The hats are usually PINK!
p.s #2 UK REDSOX Don't get mad! haha
