Booker T & Kevin Nash back tonight...? That'll ruin TNA's MEM reunion.

Won't reveal any spoilers but I thought the Rumble match was AWESOME. Some great booking and the extra 10 competitors really allowed the writers to have some very different sections to it.

Interesting and unconnected video that runs on RAW the following night: LINK

Is Sting coming to WWE after all?!

Him vs Cena would be amazing, similar crowd reaction to Rock vs Hogan. Suspect he'll just end up refereeing Cena vs Miz instead which is a shame.

Reckon he's a shoe-in for Hall of Fame in Miami next year. My brother and I are already making plans to go!

*spoiler free post!*

WWE is on a seriously hot streak at the moment. They're really pushing this year's Road to Wrestlemania. Rock's appearance on RAW was the start. REALLY enjoyed Elimination Chamber and the RAW the following night was even better.

Starting to wish I was going to Hot-lanta now!

I can't believe that I missed The Rock's return to wrestling! I'm getting the last Wrestlemania on DVD, and thats that.

I really enjoyed WM. It wasn't the best of all time; I wouldn't have used Snooki, I'd have made the 8 man tag longer and shortened certain ring entrances. The Snoop skit was crap. HHH v Undertaker match was brilliant, but seemed to end quickly. I wonder if Undertaker was legit injured? Miz v Cena was ok, but predictable.

My prediction were almost all wrong. I had predicted HHH to turn heel, using a hammer and HBK stopping him. I also thought ADR would beat Edge and that Christian would turn heel.

Rey v Rhodes - who cares?

Snooki match - waste of time

Where was the Sheamus/Bryan match?

Punk v Orton was very good.

Now, just three weeks to put the next ppv together...!

I was actually pleasantly surprised by the Rhodes Mysterio match.  I wouldn’t have minded the Snooki thing had they made it all about Morrison and Ziggler but they didn’t which is a shame. Also gutted that Del Rio didn’t beat Edge but I don’t think Edge had ever won a world title match at WM before so I guess it was his turn.

I had almost completely the  opposite reaction and was quite disappointed. As it started, I was gutted I wasn't there. By the end, I was relieved I hadn't spent the money.

I can understand why they used Snooki (MASSIVE mainstream exposure) and to be fair to the girl, live in front of 71,000 people, she stepped up and delivered a difficult double back flip and basically all that was asked of her.

I thought Taker - HHH was poor, but strangely didn't expect any better. Knew it wouldn't live up to the hype. The end REALLY annoyed me tho. Taker being carried out on a normal stretcher sucked b*lls. Why not have the druids come out and carry him out? Would have made much more sense as far as the character was concerned and could effectively have had him retire then and there.

The PPV as a whole was a bit of a bored blur to be honest. The following night's RAW was good tho and the Cena - Rock set-up for WM28 is interesting. Guess Rock will go Hall of Fame the night before, seeing as it's in his old stomping-ground. The making of plans for our trip to another Mania has definitely started now!

I think the reason that Taker wasn't carried out, etc. was because he genuinely collapsed! Equally, I don't expect to see him back this year.

I came on here to say how surprised I was that Edge had retired. Christian the top face on Smackdown then...?!

Either that or because the casket they were going to take him out in had been flattened by the Clydesdale horse that HHH was going to ride to the ring. It's been a VERY strange week in wrestling.

The Edge thing is a MASSIVE shock and disappointment. It's a shame he went out as a face because, like Orton, his best work was as a conniving heel. All set up for Christian to step straight into his place, although I think SmackDown should have a heel champ right now and Del Rio is the obvious candidate.

Can see Edge making a great GM, but suspect he'll want to step back for a short while first.
