Registered again for tickets, hopefully have more luck this time!! Roll on tomorrow night and no work Monday morning  \:D/

Must confess to have caught the NFL bug again, it also reaffirms my dislike for egg chasing  :smt002

I went last year and won't be trying again. The atmosphere was flat as there were so many people with no affiliation.

Might be a better game this season although they've chosen a daft date again weather-wise.

They have to pick a date in the middle of the NFL season so as to be able to give teams bye weeks afterwards. If they had played any earlier the pitch would have been in a shite state for the World Cup qualifiers (like England v Croatia last year).

The weather shouldn't be an issue - for the £957trillion spent on Wembley you might think they could have afforded a fucking roof!

of course, didn't think of the bye-week business.

football doesn't need a roof.

Neither does NFL, but it does need longer, thicker grass like Twickers.

Twickers would have been perfect. I love the NFL, but the thought of all those 23 stone Offensive Linemen ruining the pitch pisses me off.

Yep, ditto here.

If it had been in Cardiff I would have tried for tickets as at least there's plenty to do there unlike Wembley. Sounds like they've picked a potentially better game this time though.

HQ or the Millennium would have been far better venues. However, isn't 26 Oct in the middle of the autumn rugby internationals

Martin O'Neill's backing the Giants. I can't see it though - to go 18-0 and then losing the Superbowl would just be cruel.

This is the best Soupbowl for years!!!!!

Giants take the lead with 35 seconds left on the clock! Unbelievable but they deserve it!

Fantastic game
ny 17 ne 14 - 35 seconds left

The NY drive for their touchdown just now was superb.

Edit: NY Giants are the "world champions". That's easily the best Superbowl game I've watched.

I was reading on the BBC site that this Brady bloke got sacked five times during the game.

Makes the Premiership look like jobs for life I say!

Top game! Very entertaining. Enjoyed it more than the Villa game...
