Why have a rule that allows the umpire to review a play but doesn't allow him to rule on the illegal move? I'm sure there is a reason but is it a good reason?

Only just is right.  For the second week in a row, they should have lost.  The Ravens played the game of their lives and still managed to fuck it up in the 4th quarter.

Ian, I heard something at the weekend about "crowd noise" been piped in during an NFL game. I'm not sure if it was into the ground or just on the TV.

The "stadium noise" was to do with the Colts and a strange noise that went round their stadium when the visitors had the ball.

In the end CBS admitted it was their problem and nowt to do with the Colts.

Near the end though Juan Pablo Angel got a TD and the stadium DJ decided it would be rather clever to play "Angels" by Robbie Williams!

Huge game coming up at the Browns today against The Bills. Live on Sky 3 at 6pm. If the Browns win they are almost certain to be in the play-offs.

BTW, as I'm on here at stupid o'clock I'm watching the Bengals V 49ers on nfl.com and its easily the best sports stream I've ever watched. No distortion at all.

Should be a snow-bowl......they are going to be having blizzard conditions in Cleveland today.   The game in New England later could be interesting as well.  Pittsburgh will be a combo of freezing rain and snow.
