Cowboys have signed Dan Prescott to a $240m four-year contract extension, making him the highest paid player in league history.

Kendrick Lamar to headline this season's Super Bowl half-time show. https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cx2eqlqnyzno

Hopefully they're saving Metallica for Super Bowl LX.

What a win by Da Bears. Never in doubt.

Beavis and Butthead once commented that Michael Bolton could "take any kind of music, and make it suck". I think the same principle applies for Da Bears and star offensive players. Justin Fields had a good day yesterday though.

Justin Fields had a good day yesterday though.

Without even throwing a touchdown.  He did manage the game well, though and did not produce any turnovers.

Pleased for Fields and the win makes it more likely he remains as starting QB.

Good for our chances of getting a 4th Round Draft Pick.

Does this mean our defence and special teams are going to carry us again?

Also, what is with the "dynamic" kickoff? Is this something to stop the returner being smacked as soon as they got the ball? Or just something to add some excitement.

Excellent from the Packers. 2 bonus wins the last couple of weeks. I'd written off winning any game that Jordan Love missed.

What a dog's dinner the Bears offense is :(

Caleb Williams had a strange one, simultaneously a good game and a terrible one if that makes any sense. 300+ yards and 2 TDs. But those turnovers ...

In other news, how on earth did the 49ers lose to the Rams? I went to bed at the start of the 4th and they were by far the better team at that point.

I would say it was a draw as his other half was getting some licks in on them both.
