Niners will be moving a lot of contracts around to accommodate him.

Predictions for 2024 season?

Superbowl - Chiefs v Green Bay. Chiefs win.

Dark (ish) Horses - Lions & Jets

Teams I'd like to see do well (other than my own) - Bears / Jags

Teams I'd like to see disappear - Dallas / Chiefs / Rams

Predictions for 2024 season

Superbowl - Chiefs v 49ers, Chiefs boringly win

Dark (ish) Horses - Packers and Jets, to piss me off

Teams I'd like to see do well (other than my own) - Jag-wars - though not in London. Bills maybe. Whoever plays Packers in the playoffs

Teams I'd like to see disappear - Packers, Cowboys, Chiefs, Ravens, Steelers, Patriots plus Jets until you know who fucks off.

Sky have got the rights to college football in the UK. Not sure who they have scheduling the games they show, but by far the biggest game on Saturday at 5pm is Texas @ Michigan and they are showing a different game

That’s ridiculous. Oh and go Wolverines.

Bears look decent this year, but annoyingly the Lions and Packers should be 2 of the best teams in the NFC.

Hopefully we can push for Playoffs and at least finish above the Vikings.

Both North divisions look really tough.

Not sure if it's a rights issue, maybe they have only purchased certain conferences? I know they have all the Notre Dame games. Bit dull, was better when BT had the rights, they showed loads more games. Sky don't seem arsed to show a single Friday night game, for starters, and last week the 5pm game was only on Sky+ so no way of watching it later if you were out. As, presumably, a lot of Sky Sports subscribers will be on a Saturday evening...

I hope they have all the playoffs, I'm looking forward to the new twelve team format.

Could be.  The Michigan game is on Fox over here FWIW.

It’s about bloody time, the previous system was ridiculous with all teams (unless you’re Alabama) having to go unbeaten to qualify and even then there was no guarantee (Florida State) if you don’t pass the eye test (ie you’re not in the SEC).

Chiefs win opener
Certainly a game of fine margins. Or in this case probably a shoe size

Eagles win a shootout against the Packers. Both Defences struggled and Eagles tackling was shocking.

Looked a nasty injury for Love on the penultimate play. Typical that they only Packers QB that hasn't been an abominable human in the last 30 years, is the only one who gets injured.
