If only we played in that division. I can never remember a time when the Packers and the Vikings were both rubbish. Obviously, the Lions have been shite a fair few times.

At least Mitch is looking a lot better. Probably too late. I think if we had treated the London game with respect rather than as an inconvenience and not lost all form for a month we would be heading for the playoffs. That has to be Nagy's fault.

Totally agree CD. Be good to beat one of our rivals on the road though to put some gloss on the season. Packers would be my preference !

Sounds like we might get Hicks back for that one, but Roquan could well be out for the season. Getting Trevathan healthy would be a big bonus.

Way our backup TEs are playing so far, Burton and Shaheen could be history.

Buckeyes, LSU, Clemson, Sooners.

Buckeyes, LSU.

Well I got that wrong, swap round your Buckeyes and LSU (LSU no 1, really?!!) but same end result.

Watching the 49ers this morning helped with the Villa hangover.

That was quite a game but just a token attempt at some defense would be nice

Disastrous Sunday for Da Bears even though we didn't play. I never had much hope for the Washington Team or the Lions, but really needed the Ospreys to beat the Rams.

Steelers won't win anything, but Mike Tomlin should be getting coach of the year for getting this team to 8-5 after a 0-3 start.   Third string quarter back, no running back, no wide-receivers - it really is a miracle.   Also, this ensures that he will not have had a losing season in any of his 13 years in Pittsburgh.

Somehow the Packers in spite of their best efforts to throw it away, beat da Bears again, to go 4 up in the 200 game series. On to the Vikings next week who I can’t believe we will get close to beating the way we’re playing.

While I remember I met a Lions fan at the Chelsea game the other week, he told me he hates the Packers more than he hates the Blues... nice!

Would have been immense if we had got that rugby touchdown at the end. Ah well. Season over, though I think we really blew it in October.

I note that the Cowboys have a Safety called Woods. I wonder if anyone has the stones to nickname him Bambi?

I lived and studied in Michigan, and can confirm that although there are quite a few Packers fans there, Lions fans hate the them the most. The Bears aren't far behind, however.
