Another big catch/non-catch call today.

I agree that it should be a catch and thought that Blandino's explanation was clear. However based in recent calls, I'm surprised that it was ruled a catch

Uh oh......cd's mood isn't going to improve after that roughing call to give the Lions another set of downs leading to a Megatron TD.

However, Detroit manage to make a complete Villa of the last few seconds to allow da Bears to kick the tying FG

It was soft, but it's the sort of decision QBs tend to get these days. It's a shame that the game is generally biased towards QBs when ours have been inconsistent for the last twenty years while our main rivals' have been brilliant throughout that period!

Oh, and what the fuck was that Denver idiot doing failing to get off the field so they could take a game-winning Field Goal? I can only assume he thought he was in for a Touchdown considering how he swaggered his way into the endzone.

It was called incomplete so he was off the hook anyway

I don't think I've ever seen "Icing the Kicker" actually work. It seems more often that it means a guy would've missed but gets an extra go.

Bears Villa the match up in overtime. Terribly negative play-calling just trying run after run when we'd had them looking scared when we passed the ball in normal time. We also managed to be the only team this year to make Stafford look good.

Steelers down to their third string quarterback.  No worries, business as usual!

I'm in a bit of a bind over this. Rothlisberger has been practicing this week, so will they play him next week? Rodgers is my other fantasy team QB and he has a bye week. Do I ditch Rothlisberger or play him and pray he starts?
