Yep, Winston is QB for FSU. He's the best player but the question is whether his bad character will cause him to fall in the draft. The next best is Marcus Mariota, QB for Oregon. Most of the other top college players are on defense.

If the Raiders are happy with Carr, they could trade the pick (I'm assuming they'll have no lower than the second pick) and try to re-stock with multiple players from lower in the draft.
