amazing that the Steelers could get in. Simply unbelievable sequence of events. Long way to go though

That truly was a remarkable game.

The final drive by the Packers should live long in the memory, completing 3 4th downs and taking that much time off the clock took balls of steel.

Rodgers played like the champion he is after the two interceptions and the defence finally made a couple of stops after being a bit embarrassed in the second half. San Francisco will go in as favourites but winning at Lambeau in January is never going to be easy.

If that twat face kicker from Kansas had kicked an inch to the left, they would be in.  Un-fuckingbelivable.

Every team I support breaks my heart. Bunch of bastards.

Kaepernick destroyed us last year.

Good game. We seem to have become a second half team. First half we couldn't get our running game going and Aaron was looking a little rusty. Second half, McCarthy's adjustments worked well. Aaron started looking like his old self (nice throw for the last TD) and our running game looked better. Not sure Lacy ever fully got into it and there were a few times where it looked like Starks was doing better.

Will be a completely different game at Lambeau in the cold though OCD.

I don't think Kaepernick's played there before either.

It's our defence that worries me. We need a good plan for Kaepernick and we could really do with getting Clay back.

Packers - Bears was a great game.

Wonder if the Cowboys will fire their coach, they should do just for the idiotic play-calling in the match against Green Bay....

Packers must be starting to develop a rivalry with the 49ers, seem to play each other all the time nowadays.

Amazing that the Steelers nearly got into the play-offs after starting 0-4.

If you look on NFL.com, you can now see who your opponents for next year will be.

For the NFC North teams, we'll be facing the NFC South teams, AFC East teams and the NFC East and NFC South teams that finished in the same group position as us.

So the Bears have the 49ers and the Cowboys, whilst the Packers have the Seahawks and Eagles, etc.

That's a heart breaker, alright. The Chiefs had 4 Pro Bowlers missing as well: looked like a second string team.

After years of research, I think I've finally found a way to explain College (American) Football to a UK audience:

On each weekend in the Autumn, imagine every league and non-league football match in the UK being shown live on TV

AND

the entire population of the home side turning out for the match

AND

being there 6 hours before kickoff to have a barbie in the car park and get shit-faced and stuff their guts full of chicken wings, ribs, and burgers.

I hope you write R and L on the correct hands so you do get directions correct sometimes.

Had the refs spotted the obvious penalty by San Diego he could have taken the kick again. Idiots
