Hopefully he'll be a reserve for a CFL side (Montreal I think it was) and we'll never have to hear from him again.

Bastards in the draft, just because Da Bears needed offensive linemen desparately, everybody else picked them!  ;)

I loved watching the draft, it was like the Royal Rumble, waiting for who would come in next. Also liked when 5 of the first 10 picks were offensive linemen, the pundit said "I told you 6 of the top 12 would be fatties".

The video in the link below, detailing Tebow's Jets career via the medium of Taiwanese cartoon, made me laugh.

Buggered if I know how to embed though on my phone, sorry.

Well, it's safe to say the Tim Tebow experiment in New York did not quite go as planned.

It took about two months for everyone involved to realize as much. Out of sheer misguided desperation, though, the Jets kept Tebow on the roster through the 2013 draft in the hopes of somehow trading Tebow and acquiring a draft pick.

When that didn't happen, the Jets wasted little time in releasing the former first-round pick. It didn't work because nothing with the Jets worked last year. Let's all move on.

He's had quite a few injuries in the last couple of seasons. Probably the best Bears player whilst I've been watching NFL.

Kid at worked asked if I thought Tebow had been signed as the successor to Brady. I said "I hope so, Tebow is a bag of shit".

Due to their proximity to Boston, the Patriots are nominally my second team.

The presence of Tim "Me and my family don't care if you already believe in God, you've got to worship our God in the same way we do" Tebow, will make me re-think that position.

Don't get me wrong, I HATE the pats.

I also don't think Tebow is great, and I hate players that went to Florida instead of the ALMIGHTY U.

But I got to be honest, I don't understand why everyone hates Tebow.

It isn't because of the press, because the ONLY press I hear about tebow is people complaining that he gets too much press, not actual information.
The guy wants to play football.  He wants a career in football.  So does everyone playing at the college level.  Do people want him to stop playing and give up his career because "he's annoying"?

This is the NFL.  There are plenty of more annoying and worse players out there every week.

It's because he's an overhyped religious fundamentalist bigot.

Potentially bad news for the Patriots

Aaron Hernandez being linked to a homicide case. Police say that he "has not been ruled out as a suspect"
