Cleveland Browns or Oakland Raiders, both working class teams with good history, but utterly shite in recent years.

One of the reasons why I support the Bears, they remind me of Villa. A better history than any other team and basically set up the league; but other than 1 bright spot in the 1980s not really been great since.
