It goes against the grain, but I am supporting the Packers. The Steelers don't deserve to have won three SuperBowls in the last five years or so. They've been decidedly average for most of that time.

That's a ridiculous thing to say.

They didn't deserve to win tonight, too many mistakes - but they have a hell of a team and deserve all the success they've had.

Pittsburgh were awful in the first half but I thought that the injuries to the Packers secondary were going to provide a way back for the Steelers.

It was actually quite a good game,  after I'd been dreading it all week.

I may have been waving a towel at one stage....

Sweet.

Pretty entertaining Super Bowl 45...  the score was about what I thought it'd be, the INT's and turnovers helped the Packers to a deserved victory. Nelson was a beast.

Was a nervous finish, expected more from the Steelers, I thought they'd make some epic comeback with Big Ben throwing a monster 40 yarder to Whines Hard... not to be though, Packers closed it out in classy style.

Last thing... I've got to say this is probably one the best NFL season's from start to finish. It's been brilliant. On and off field drama, surprises, shocks... it had everything.

P.S. Anyone see Usher at half-time lmao? "Hi i'm Usher and just gonna appear out of nowhere"

Well they're not average, I was wrong there. But I don't think they deserve to win three Super Bowls in five-or-so years. Only a truely great team deserves to do that and I don't think they are.

I didn't actually want either team to win again as, unless it's Da Bears, I don't like to see the same teams winning all the time and it was the most-titled NFL Champions against the most-titled Superbowl Champion. I would rather see a team who has been shit for a while suddenly spring a surprise... like the Cardinals nearly did.

Next year is Cleveland's year*, I reckon.

The Steelers are the Man United of this season.

Don't look totally convincing at times, but get the job done. A solid and reliable team.

Expected more from Big Ben in the super bowl.

The best part of the Superbowl was that Aaron Rodgers won it!

And has made it concrete that it was not a mistake to go Rodgers over Favre.

P.S. Arod is freaking HANDSOME!

Yes, it's Cameron Diaz

And yes, the "some bloke" is a baseball player. It's drug cheat, Alex Rodriguez (aka "A-Rod") of the New York Yankees. He of the $27.5m per year contract.
