But my hometown hero, from Bridgeport Connecticut, the 8 foot tall Manute Bol beat him in a celebrity boxing match!

youtube it, it's funny.

Seeing Manute dressed in ice hockey gear was pretty funny as well.

Whilst having lunch in ESPNZone Chicago today I saw on TV that the NFL are considering holding a Superbowl in London

Stupid idea bearing in mind most Americans don't possess passports.

They should move Superbowls to Saturdays though so more people can stay up and watch.

Would love it if it did, would be a must see.
Anyway, draft weekend!
Who are your team gonna get? Stafford has agreed a deal with the Lions and it looks like Jason Smith, Mark Sanchez and Aaron Curry could all go early.
My Titans look like getting a CB early but I'm hoping we land a WR quite early as well and begin to plug the hole Hainsworth has left.
Will be interesting as always

no...

Superbowl should stay on Sunday.

I personally would rather not have to go to work the next day, but you got to understand that Superbowl Sunday is a holiday over here.

It's not just for football fans, everyone watches it no matter what.

But wouldn't they still watch in on a Saturday? And isn't every Sunday a holiday, or is 98% of the American population employed as clergy?

Now live from a Hotel room in Chicago it's UK Redsox's NFL draft coverage (would have been live from ESPNZone but my back is giving me agony)

"With the first pick in the 2009 NFL draft, the Detroit Lions select Matthew Stafford (Quaterback, Georgia)."

Well that's his NFL career over.

Keyshawn "Meshawn" Johnson is one of ESPN's draft analysts. He's far better at this than he was as a wide receiver

Main question is will any of the teams needing a QB (eg NY Jets, Denver) trade up to take Sanchez

Pick of Tyson Jackson (DE, LSU) didn't go down well with the Chiefs fans in the crowd at the Draft
