Good God - I never thought I'd see the day when Da Bears had a Quarter-Back who can throw the ball!!

yeah, wow!

Who would have thought he would end up on the Bears!!!

Now hopefully he can really prove he is better than his 17-20 record!

If we can get a decent receiver we should actually have a decent offense next season, at least if Orlando Pace and Chris Williams stay fit.
We need work at defensive lineman, safety and corner though. We gave up too many big plays last year. I still have nightmares about the Atlanta game.
Still, we should be capable of winning the NFC North against the Favre-less Packers and the World Flatter to Deceive Champion Vikings. Yes, I am writing off the Lions!

Paddy Power have Stafford at 1/6 to go first so I imagine him.

http://www.oddschecker.com/american-football/nfl-specials/2009-nfl-draft

I am always more interested in which players will fall off the radar, expecting a top-five pick then still sat around when the 20th pick is made. Poor old Brady Quinn was losing hundreds of thousands of dollars with every pick a few years back.

Very little interest in it from Da Bears' POV this time, we traded all our picks!

Still, it shouldn't be too difficult to find a decent WR in the second round. We got Forte in the second round last year.

I expect a back-up QB to be signed in the later rounds too. Either that, or I expect to see Rex back on the Bears bench next season.

The Fridge was a far better player than he was given credit for.

However, I suspect that he'll never be forgiven in Chicago for having a Superbowl touchdown whilst Walter Payton did not
