Why isn't Dan Walker presenting the BBC's coverage? Not keen on this other guy.

More importantly it feels a bit weird watching a Super Bowl where it's still bright in the middle of the afternoon.

It was a strange one, I didn't find it that exciting despite the scoreline being close. Falling asleep for the last 5 mins probably didn't help.

The half-time show was okay. Think they tried to pack too much in and could have done without Mary J. Blige and Kendrick Lamar.

Average ticket price to the final yesterday $8700.

Eight. Thousand. Seven. Hundred. Dollars.

Fuck off.

It was a close game which is good but wasn't much on offense from either team.

Easy to say in hindsight but I thought at the time the Bengals' failure to convert the short field into a touchdown after the interception was poor. They really had the Rams by the throat then and kept it to a one score game.

I was a bit underwhelmed as well...but really enjoyed the HT show, although I had no idea who Kendrick Lamar was.

Probably the worst NFL game I've watched all year. Admittedly that's only about 8 games, and perhaps L'Equipe TV got lucky in their selections, but they were all much more exciting - particularly Bengals-Chiefs in week 15/16/17 (delete as applicable as I don't remember). And the "razzamatazz" is just cringeworthy. The Rock doing a knock-off Michael Buffer, followed by a barely audible concert with rapid-fire camera changes so you've not got the earthliest idea what's going on. Jesus, I'm getting old.

I really enjoyed the game and was a lot closer than I expected. I find Offensive shootouts between teams that can't stop the opposition  scoring quite dull though. That's the problem with Basketball.

Some of the officiating wasn't the greatest.

Halftime show was okay. Not a big hip hop fan, but wasn't bad.

Good to see that the Packers will be one of the teams coming to London next season.

Only team I haven't seen out of NFC North. Think they were the only team that hadn't played a game over here.
