Every year it's  expected that Coughlin will be fired or retire and the next season he's always there

I must have been very bad in a previous life to follow Aston Villa & the Dallas Cowboys.

It's genuinely tough to tell which one is the more pathetic at the moment!!

The Jets blow their playoff chance against the Bills to compound a weekend of misery.

Denver are very average and yet are somehow going to get home field advantage. Go figure...

Fancy both AFC wild card teams to win away. Houston are crap and Kansas are on a roll, and Pittsburgh will make Cincinatti choke again.

Did da Bears throw yesterday's game in order to avoid playing the Seahawks ?

Edit - Yep, I meant the Cheeseheads

Do you mean the Packers?

If so they wouldn't have faced the Seahawks anyway.  They'd have played Minnesota again.

As well as the expected firings in Clevekand and SF, there's now a change in Noo Joisey as Coughlin resigns from the New York Football Giants

My interest has gradually waned since the time I lived there and I haven't paid it much attention this season, so I was amazed to see that KC won their first game, lost the next 5 and then won 10 on the trot to snag a wildcard game.

Reports over here that both the Raiders and the Rams have made applications to return to LA along with the Chargers looking to move North.

The Browns have been pretty crap since they came back, including the years that they were owned by you-know-who.

therefore, it's hardly surprising that they're prepared to take risks in order to improve.

However, hiring one of the Moneyball guys? That's really thinking outside the box

No, we've just been crap since teams worked out how to play against us. The one good wide receiver we've got has been out injured all season and the offensive line hasn't given Aaron enough protection. We've become too reliant on the run game because of the former.
