What do all those stats mean? Why is a bigger number better than a smaller one?

It's on the bloody Beeb now.  Not keen one bit.

It gets a lot of flak, but the BBC still does a pretty decent job. Yes, some of the news coverage can leave a bit to be desired, but its documentaries can be superb.

Let's keep it simple this time, and go with a classic...

"We're on the march with Alejandro
We're going to love the Argentine
And we'll really shake them up
When we win the FA Cup
'Cos Villa are the greatest football team..."

Trouble is we wouldn't be able to sing it after January.

Better than Zaniolo, less inspiring than Rashford.

Not sure what to make of this, always seems to do well against us but why does everyone want rid.  But if Unai wants him, he must think he can get a tune out of him.

I think you Emery really does like his players to be familiar with the Premier division and already transitioned. Manzambi apart!

Think folk are judging him quite harshly. Lad’s only turned 22 this month.
Yes, he’s done well to develop a reputation of being a twat for one so young.

Sancho and now (possibly) him. I would be shocked if we really are gonna get him, hopefully it’s just to smoke out another target.

John Townley walk and talk on Garnacho

Hate that shit. Not taking you seriously if you're making content while walking home from Brum Mail HQ. Sit the fcuk down at Podymoor Heath or whatever and bask in your Gomes scoop properly (Tanswell was on compassionate leave).

IF we sign him and he plays the necessary number of games, whether as a starter or a sub and we have to sign him next summer and spend £40+ million on him - I do hope that Damian and co. Do not send out twitters nonsense about the SCR rules etc.. meaning that we cannot sign anyone until we sell another one of our stars - Kamara as an example

I honestly thought with our first 2 signings this summer we had learned our lesson of previous transfer window mistakes - Sancho / Elliott etc..

If I remember correctly, I was quite disappointed when we didn’t sign him last summer when we were heavily linked with him.

Then we brought in Sancho.
