Isn't the last one a type of phone used by criminals?

Exonyms are entirely proper. It's still Turkey as far as I'm concerned.

That will be a fun enviroment.

Haha

"We are here to play football, not for other things," Ghalenoei said. "As for things that are forbidden in our religion and do not exist, we do not want to talk about them. We only talk about the match, football and the beauty of the game."

They do exist. I've seen things.  8)

Yeah fuck Erdogan. And the cuddly Czech Republic can't be having a name change either.

I refuse to believe that two hot men kissing is a thing. I might just have to google it just to make sure. Obviously I’ll have to have a real good look too, just to make sure it’s not AI.

It does seem a little unfair to ask Ghalenoei about this. Nothing he could say would make any difference to the evil lunatics in control of Iran or the religious nonsense behind their oppression.
It's not the players' fault either, so I hope fans show respect towards them.

Inclined to agree. He's given the answer that means he doesn't end up chucked in prison on his return to Iran.

Well, it's like any cause I guess, there are people whose hearts are in the right place, and people who are in it for other reasons. There will always be people who just want to be an arsehole in the name of something. And they rarely help.

I've seen things get better in my lifetime for gay people, and I am lucky to be able to be open at work and outside of work. So I've always felt it's important not to be in people's faces, and that the best way to gain acceptance to is to let people be comfortable and relaxed.

Some people go looking for offence, but all it does is make people feel uncomfortable and that they're walking on eggshells around you. How does that help?

So yeah, I hope they all have a great time without causing any trouble or tension, and show the world we're just everyday people.
