That is getting rid of lots of gangways , do they not want us to leave  ??

Encouraging people to spend more time (translation - money) at the ground as it’s a big revenue driver.

Aren't there some sort of regulations specifying number of exits per x number of seats?

You can just about see on here. The middle tier entrances have been filled in and the gangway will run top to bottom.

Sorry for being thick here, you are saying that those exits/entrances circled are now no longer there?

They've employed a Gangway Optimisation Model and calculated that they require fewer exits, due to people leaving early to beat the traffic.

I can’t wait to go again in a 50k crowd.

It will be the first time since the ding-dong derby in ‘77 I think.

Must be shit if you had an aisle seat to move to the middle of the row. Plus being moved from fans you sit close to. They havent attempted the upper witton yet, its probably unsafe to remove the walkways up there!

From the top will make getting to and from the lavvy at half time a bit more difficult!

Sounds good, we've been looking at ways to reduce the average age of our fanbase.

That's correct. I think they're replaced by the ones currently in the Lower Trinity, so I assume there will be approximately half as many exits/entrances as previous.
No doubt some will use this as an excuse to leave even earlier.

There’ll be people leaving early to avoid the people leaving early now.

For info, I used the V12 finance option.  I've now had confirmation from them that they'll take the first direct debit on 28-June.

Does anyone know if you are ST Holder and not taken the CL package you will still get the first chance to buy tickets when they go on sale individually. Seems very vague from Villa on this point.
