Even if was just a 24 hour window you'd have thought it would make sense logistically.

Yes. The staff when you get them are great and it’s not individuals who are at fault, especially re: clearly untested/not thought through trialled systems, but it’s not hard try to look after loyal customers you are messing about by creating a support opportunity before the main melee

Tried calling many times, never even got in the queue.

Full seating plan, so you can see your new seats - you need to be logged in to access though.

So I was in Trinity Road B2 seat 60ish and I have been given B2 seat 40ish.  No idea - have I moved 20 seats?

I was in B1 Seat 38, now I'm in seat 12, but on the seating plan it looks like it's more or less where I was. I think they've just re-jigged the rows and seat numbers, without actually changing the position of your seat.

Hope you are right. But i now have a “vomitory” below me and didn’t have one to left or right near before. So either i have been moved relative to current entrance stairs or they are completely moving the stairs.

Trying to renew £900 + £300.. £1200. Using V12 credit 0% interest , get to checkout jumps up to £1800 ? Obviously not checkout . Didn't we have this problem last year ?
That's just an example repayment illustration.  Click through and it drops back down to £1,200

Thanks Chrisw1

Yeah, after all that I'm almost certain that they have simply renumbered my existing seat and we haven't actually moved at all. Less obvious is how we are going to get out as the plan doesn't show the gangway we have always used.

Last year we had similar in Upper Trinity, our seats were moved (on paper) from block A5 to A6, we are in an identical seat position as before 'the move'

I mean, I was pretty relaxed about it but Id have thought that communicating to me that my seats have been simply renumbered rather than lumping everyone together in a blanket mailshot saying 'you are moving' might have been the way to go.

I'd rather they drop the gifts and keep pricing as low as possible tbh.

I would never have thought 3 or 4 years ago, that I'd be shelling well over a thousand sheets for a season ticket.

Yikes.

You can just about see on here. The middle tier entrances have been filled in and the gangway will run top to bottom.
