Hell fucking yeah! Deano is the unsung hero who got us out of shit street just in time and we’d never be where we are today without what he did for us.

His family were there.

His brother is a good pal of mine, a lovely bloke.

I am still slightly shocked this morning. Listening to the 5 live commentary as I walk the dog is just brilliant.

Unai is a genius , no question .

But got to give a nod to Dean Smith who started the revival and set us on the road, we had our club back and we could see the light again . The Scouse impostor nearly put the light out again but thank God for Unai .

And the best of it is, this isn’t the end, this is the beginning.

I think this win will be an end to the Emery era 'part 1' - capped with a statement trophy.  With improved finances, ground improvements, the club being a desirable place to be it's now the start of 'part 2' where we push to be even bigger & better.  And I can't bloody wait.

I let out a little "whey".

I think we all let out a little whey last night.

Safe travels all. I can't get to Brum today but hope as many as possible can. These are memories in the making.

Beautiful goals and a comprehensive victory.

The only thing lacking was a sense of jeopardy, we were so much better. But history will not care about that.

It was amazing to see our captain lift the trophy, though the real prize is the new chapter that is opening for our great club.

We want more.

UTV!

Fantastic performance to boss the game from the first minute to the last. Whilst Unai should deservedly get all the plaudits I think some deflected glory should be aimed at Dean Smith who started the revival of the Greatest Team in the World.

I was thinking the same. Thanks, Dean.
