Well the bookies have got Scheffler as favourite at 15-2 then Rory 8-1 and then Matt Fitzpatrick and Tommy Fleetwood both 14s. What a day Sunday would be if either of those two won the Open and England won the World Cup!

That'll be fine in Britain and Ireland, where it's correctly referred to as The Open.
However, when the American's call it The British Open, what will be the reaction ?

After 2 sensational 62s from Herbert and Burns earlier in the day, the last couple of hours has been a good watch, with good golf from Hatton and Fleetwood, keeping them in contention, I hope I'm wrong but after 2 quality rounds from DeChambeau, he looks like he is now the favourite to win it.

DeChambeau now given a 2 shot penalty after he was ruled to have inavertently improved the area of his intended swing on the fifth hole and now 3 off the lead.
