Whatever happened to ITSOTP?

TV thought it was ISTOTP i.e. I start threads on the players.

haha I do. Like Emi, Ollie, Bouba, Ezri, Alysson, Onana etc. Not many more though.
Didn't you start the Bade and Geertruida threads? Someone said you also did the R9, Maradonna and Zidane threads too.
pity he didn’t start a Guessand thread.

Well, there will always be a plan b etc.

I think Gallagher is a good player, and would have suited us well.

If spurs offered more to AM then he was always going to go there if we couldn’t/wouldn’t match it.

It was definitely the politics holding you hunks of left wing beef from bagging somebody as tidy as Vallance. Good decisions to reject her.

He likely had a choice of sitting on their bench or going to Spurs, given we couldn't compete with the offer, which makes it surprising you wouldn't just sit on the bench in Madrid rather than spend anytime playing at Spurs where Frank won't be there next season. He has little chance of England with Anderson well established now.

If he does pick Spurs over us will it be down to the D'oh offered?

And Champions league football.

He’ll be cup tied won’t he? Is that a thing in Europe?
No...remember Coutinho.

Did he play for two teams in the same season? Thought that was him playing (and scoring) against his parent club in the CL. Much like Acensio should have done last season. Might be wrong.

We've offered what we thought he was worth, Spurs offered more. They've told him he'll start every game, we've told him he'll be up against McGinn, Tielemans, Onana & Kamara.

Why Spurs, a team with a midfield full of cloggers & runners, have gone for him, when what they need is creativity, shows what a shit show they are.

If he's chosen to play for Frank instead of Emery, then I wish him the best of luck.

Yeh talk to the person who did. That’s been an ace signing.

Absolute bellend.

We'll push on either way, but it must be London ignorance to pick those over us now.

Just posted on the other thread, I don't think there will be a Plan B.  I think £25m was considered too good to turn down, rather than CM being a priority position.
