They l’ve got Rooney on the bench!

Im nervous all of a sudden (not related to Rooney being on the bench)

Pretty sure that's Rodney, as in Trotter (so, Crouch?).

Would love Sancho to make an impact, but although neat and tidy he just doesn't grab a game and makes things happen. Unai obviously has faith....

Fucking Sky at it again! Citeh are only 6 points behind Arsenal apparently. There was me thinking that we were also 6 points behind them as well but no mention of that of course.

Please don't concede early. We can't keep having to recover.

Keep it tight and don’t concede first half, they have nothing on the bench so will tire second half

Would take 0-1

I’d love a clean sheet.

With Mateta, not going to happen. I reckon it’ll be a draw tonight. And we’ll break the hoodoo.

Concussions don't have regular or predictable recovery times. You can be fine in a day, or you can be out for months with complications. Usually it's fine, but it's unpredictable.

Yeah, I once had a concussion that lasted over a month.

In amateur rugby (and I think football too) there is a mandatory 21 day break as a minimum. For elite players, given the enhanced medical attention available, this isn’t as proscriptive.

Ah Peter… you’ve fucked it.

I'm hoping the fact that you started a thread is enough to ward off the evil spirits.

So long as the thread stays live, the witchcraft does too.
