I think he was injured for a while, then found Thompson, Merson and Hendrie were competing for places in the midfield.

There's a video of a live For The Love Of McGrath podcast recorded in Dublin last week with special guests Tayles, Drapes, Wrighty and Tommy Johnson as they celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Coca Coler.

Hilarious in parts, some great stories by all of them.
Draper just got pissed too often back then by the sound of things. Probably still does. Said that he hated Gregory.
