I’m enjoying Malden’s work rate and runs tonight.

He’s quick and direct. Causes problems whenever he’s on the ball

I actually think there’s a great player in Guessand. He just needs time… there’s something about him. I dunno…

Kind of agree. Once he gets a goal

I think getting used to the pace of the Premier League, and adapting into the new team etc…

Bailey was the same in season one. Flashes of brilliance, then a lot of fart with little shit. Then season 2 he was brilliant. Season 3, I don’t really know what he was.

Bailey eviscerated Everton about five minutes after getting off the plane. I don't see that in Guessand whatsoever.

He also did the same thing, in the same game, to his quad muscle after 10 minutes and was out for the next month or so!

This is some result, Feyenoord have been really good. I understand they've beaten some serious teams here recently. To come here and win and to control the second half as we have is brilliant.

Start Torres and we start winning games, woulda thunk it.

We’re much better with the ball when Pau and Kamara are playing.

Kamara is our best player. We are better going forward with Torres playing - not as good defensively

I disagree, our defending is no worse with him in. He isn't as blood and thunder as Mings but his positioning is better this season.

I'm just thrilled that those defensive statistics don't get posted a dozen times a day anymore.

Haha very true. Subbed on and subbed off if I think.

Yeah, booted the ball so hard he injured himself.

Well that was very decent. Bizot was imperious and Burendia puts in another great performance with a goal too. Rogers still very poor and really needs a rest.

Well done Villa.

Our result of the season. Some superb individual performances as well. Emi Martinez has some serious competition for the no1 spot now. Pau Torres was beyond immense.

Whisper it quietly but are we tentatively starting to get our Villa back?

I'm thinking of Kenny Swain and Nigel Spink going mad   at the final whistle with the Villa fans...bet it's brilliant there at the moment!
