No real pace up front again. At least we have Torres to potentially play balls forward from defence.
Yes, lack of pace is potentially a problem - Burrowes and Rowe on the bench offer it.

Triston Rowe is a RB isn’t he? Just shows with Konsa and Garcia out we have no cover there

Weird selection for me. Can't see how we create much with that, and two left footers at CB, yikes. Hopefully King Unai proves us wrong once again...

Very surprised that Malen doesn't start. Maybe Uni wants to keep it tight and be more progressive in the second half..

That will be the plan as it was against Newcastle until Konsa fucked it up

Malen ain't a starter, no surprise he's a sub. Impact player. It's a physical opponent, think we've chosen the right team.

Have Mings and Torres started games together?

I can't remember any game where Mings and Pau have been on the pitch at the same time.

It might not work but like, again, I've never heard anyone say that about two right footers!

Well fuckety, Mings and Pau at long last. Let's see.

Does this mean both sides in the Mings Torres Wars have to be happy or they all have to be angry? Unsure.

Unaiball. Bore everybody to death for 70 minutes unless we get an early goal, then make a couple of subs and hope/pray we can get the winner. It's a formula that works, why change it?

Because right footers  have lots of exposure to playing on the left whereas left footers tend to be needed on the left.

I’m not sure what Malen has to do to get a start…

True. Be interesting to see how we set up.
As has been said, looks like we'll aim to stay tight and go for it second half, seems to be the default these days.
