Casemiro should be booked for time wasting!

Agreed. Don't care that it's his last game for them.

Funny how things work out at the last game of the season at Old Trafford.
Rogers goal last season, and now today with that debacle. Both inexplicable decisions in Utds favour.
Blowing the whistle was the excuse to overturn Rogers goal, but refs blow the whistle to award a penalty and then that can be overturned...it's all made up on the hoof, like the came off his hip nonsense today.

Matt Donahue is on VAR who lives in the Greater Manchester area

It was the referee’s decision, Var recommended it should be disallowed
Didn't realise that, which makes it worse

They must ask one question to prospective referees:

In the move Star Wars, did you cheer when the Empire blew up Alderon?

If yes, then you're in.

Exactly. If that came off a Forest defender, who then cleared the ball, would he not award a penalty? Likewise, would he have overruled VAR and seventy thousand baying Yenitid fans and awarded that goal to Forest? We know the answer because we've seen in so many times over the years.

Stenhousemuir up to the second tier for the first time since it changed to a four division league. Great achievement.

I’ve followed Stenhousemuir results since the late 60’s.
Last season when they won promotion, as champions, it was the first time they’d won anything.
So, yes, a fantastic achievement.

Man Utd fans being the complete and utter pricks they are were just giving the referee an ironic cheer when he gave them a free kick. They obviously think he's been against them. You just couldn't make it up.

I'm assuming Adam Crafton is The Athletic's Simon Stone.

I think that's poor from the VAR to ask the ref to go to the screen. If the decision had been to disallow it, then you would send them to the screen to overturn. But it's wasted three minutes, ultimately the right decision though.

Disgusting decision, he controlled the ball with his arm the defender would have been in to clear, this gut should never be allowed to ref a prem game again. Once he was sent to see the foul everyone in the ground would have been thinking disallowed.

There's a bit missing off there. After he said "ultimately the right decision" he also said "because I'm a massive Man United fan and I'm a totally biased twat"
