Just gone onto the BBC feed and literally the first update on there is Martin Keown explaining how today was "a good day for Aston Villa".

The second update on there is a picture of the table captioned with "Aston Villa, who host Everton tomorrow, will cut Arsenal's lead to four points if they win."

Exactly. If Sralx died there'd be loads of articles and videos. It's the double standard that maimes me, cripples me, makes me chew my insides out from the gums and send the pulp to my dead relatives in Minsk. If they'd just be impartial about the football I'd have peace, you know?

Not that you ever feel the need to comment or disparage people about it.

Commenting is, as I understand it, the name of the game on here. Any disparagement you've taken on board is your business entirely.

That'll do. Well done Forest and, vomits, Man U. You're off the twats list.

Well done for holding your nerve today! We’re looking upwards towards the stars!

One vaguely useful result does not get Man Utd off the twats list. In fact there’s very little they could do to change that.

After sixty odd years of supporting Villa I am finally coming to believe that we can beat anybody anywhere (except Palace obviously).Onwards and upwards.

Official rules.

Twats = failed to take any points from Arsenal and/or or Man City

Enemies = failed to take any points from Arsenal and/or Man City and took at least one against us.

Painful though it may be, we have to offer some reward to teams that do us a favour. They can go back to being twats at the end of the season.

Shame on them all.

We need a twats/enemies fixture schedule, so we can keep an eye on them, like.

The next twats who have a chance to redeem themselves are Wolves, away at Man City next week, followed by Leeds, who host Arsenal at the end of the month.

I'm not overly-confident, I'll be honest.

Nobody can move from the twats to enemies list in our next three games as we have already failed to beat Everton, Newcastle and, of course, the game-raising bellends Brentford.

A win tomorrow and next week it will be all "are Villa the team in the ascendancy?" talk.

It will just be “can Villa stay the course?” or just renew the “are Villa title contenders” when they really mean “when can Villa not just fuck off and leave the big boys to this”.

Ignoring the disparager.  I think it’s not so much a media bias against us as complete hard ons for the likes of citeh Arsenal and spurs that is so blatantly obvious.

Yes, you can't move at the moment for all the talk about how good Spurs are.

Oh yeh, we’re just a distraction which is why whatever the results talking about us will be limited on the main broadcasters. ESPN are the most patronizing and condescending of the lot. Especially the likes of Ale Moreno, Julien Laurens or Gab Marcotti. We will get a bit of time on podcasts now and again.

That's the Spuds which - with a Gallagher in the side - just lost at home to Wham?
Right!
