Well he managed to do the square root of fuck all at Middlesbrough with much more time than most get and left them where they were when he started, so with that in mind he looks a great fit for the rags owners.

The trouble with appointing Carrick is that he's mainly a football person. With where Blues are going they might be better off with a diplomat or business leader. We did one of those cooking classes in Barcelona and the paella was indeed finished in the oven.  Not uncommon, apparently.

It’s not traditional, just easier to control and more convenient given the oven technology these days.
