Nice speech by Damian Vidigany (sp?):

“There’s not, anymore, a big 6 in England”.

Why do we have to stop calling it a big 6 now we’re one of them? I say stick with the name. Talk about Spurs and Man U being two of the biggest sides “outside the big 6”.

Heck in his speech mentioned 3 new deals that the club have done - Red Bull, Guinness and Coca Cola

It will be interesting to see what the new person will bring to the role and how he will improve our commercial deals?

Anyone ever had a cocktail of Coca-Cola, Red Bull and Guinness?
It'll give you wings, the jitters and the shits all at once.

I've never had the shits from a Guinness, but I have from a Red Bull.

Hope we don't end up with sponsors all over the kit, like some of the rugby teams have. Red Bull written across the arse of the shorts does not appeal.

Some of the kits in the French League have more adverts than a Formula One car.

I think there are rules around it, only one on the front and one on the arm. You'd guess a sponsor for the training kit would be something they'd want to get on board.

Olsen getting one was a bit odd.

Been here three years and just bench warming?

I mean as much as he's derided and  been forgotten about Hause is still here and played a much bigger part in who we've become given all his games in our run in for 2019 season and then playing significantly over the next two years to help keep us up and then establish as mid table team.

Is this event available anywhere to watch on YT or other platforms as Brighton put their awards night on Youtube for anyone to watch.

He forgot to mention 'Justin Talks Villa' as one of his achievements. A Heck sponsored, access all areas, exclusives for promoting the great work of our thin skinned Business Director disguised as a Villa fan vlog. Dream job.

That’s been popping up on my YT feed lately and I was tempted to have a look. Now, not so much.

A bit harsh on Justin IMO. He’s a bit dull and trots out cliches for fun but it is a genuine Villa fan vlog.

He is a genuine fan and has been on various fan channels for years now, and by all accounts not a bad guy at all.

However he's fairly unique in the Villa fan media ecosystem in that he's consistently showering praise on everything the commercial department do, even including stuff like CL ticket pricing.  Not a surprise therefore that it emerged that he's in personal contact with Heck and gets freebies like this.

I expect he'll end up on the new FAB

Yes he contributed to a podcast and I stopped listening to it because it was so obvious he was pushing a line about how amazing the off the field stuff was
