I'm wary of getting involved as I don't really think it had any impact but, as we've little else to argue about for the next few months....

They could have done nothing at all on Wednesday night as they had a season defining game a few days later? Although I concede the point that presumably UE wasn't against it or that's what would have happened.

Do they all book holidays soon after the season ends, which means we need to have the awards night before that? Also imagine the club didn’t want to have it a few days before a potential CL final…
