I’ve just bought a new iPhone and I’m now able to use the new version of the Villa app. On the old version, there was always an option to add to Wallet, even though it didn’t actually work until a few days before the game. Now in the new app, I can see options to resell or forward my ticket, but no option to add to Wallet. Does this appear later or is something wrong?

Hello - I am a season ticket holder,  just checked my Villa app (tickets section) on my phone and all my tickets that were showing for the various games have disappeared, I can only see the blue circle going round - any idea what I have to do to get this issue rectified?

You have to logout first, then delete the app. Reinstall the app then log in.

Yep, if you skip the 'Logout' step and just delete/reinstall, the app doesn't refresh properly.
It's annoying that this has to be done every few weeks

Aston Villa can confirm that an updated version of the official club app has been released for iOS devices following recent issues with the in-app ticketing functionality.

The club would like to acknowledge the problems that were particularly prevalent for some fans ahead of our last home fixture with Manchester United and would like to apologise for any inconvenience those supporters may have experienced in gaining access to Villa Park.

My kids ST has disappeared from my app and I cant remember how to reload it on. Can anyone assist?

I've gone on the app this morning only to find that it appears to not be working.

Tried password reset, tried deleting and reinstalling, nothing seems to work. This is simply to log in to view my tickets.

This app is fucking shit.
