The ticket office say they still haven't received the physical cards from their supplier. I'm starting to doubt if they will ever arrive.

Can you add it to a wallet before it has been released 3 hours before KO?  My ticket is showing in the app with 3 hour message but no option to put into wallet. Modern life sucks.

It let me do that with the Bologna ticket.

It hadn't let me do that with the Fulham ticket previously, but having only just seen your question I checked, and sure enough it has now let me load it to Google Wallet too.

I had to reinstall the app to be able to download it.

I was having the “not showing wallet option” problem as well.

Step 1: log out then log in again to see if gives you the Wallet option if not….

Step 2: log out, delete the app entirely, reload the app then log back in.

Step 2 worked for me and I can now see my Bologna ticket available to download to Wallet.

I spoke to the ticket office. They are aware of the issue.  Deleting and reinstalling app as advised allowed me to put ticket in wallet.

We used to back in the day when they were asking us season ticket holders to buy 6 additional matches for league games.  Imagine that now.
