I know this is a bit niche, being part of a small minority who are 'allowed' ST cards, but I still haven't received our cards 2 days before the Palace game!  I mean, they've only had nearly 3 months to process them! Can't get through on the ticket office phone line (anyone got an alternative number?) and my second email to them produced automatic replies.

We were issued with, downloadable for printing, tickets for the Newcastle game, but no communication nor tickets - just a big fat 'nothing' for the Palace game!

On the practical side, can anyone advise if there's any point turning up on Sunday (with i.d. etc) and do they still have an emergency ticket point to issue temporary replacements etc.?   If so, where are they located (isn't the ticket office proper closed on matchdays?)   Thanks, in advance, for any help provided.

There is a ticket office on Witton Lane near the Holte End. They issue paper tickets when the technology fails at the turnstiles.

There is only one ticket office now and its on the right hand side of the new shop

There's one on the Trinity side too where I've upgraded tickets just before the KO - the main ticket office has also printed me a ticket when I left my season ticket at home a few seasons ago. That bit actually works!

Cheers. Worked for me too.

The club tweeted the same advice earlier. https://x.com/AVFCSupport/status/1960627749183234312

I've had a couple of moans to the AVFCSupport bods on Twitter about them appearing to assume that most people still use that hellhole.

It shouldn't be up to those of us who do occasionally access Twitter to pass on fixes to those who don't.

If I see any useful AVFC ticket related info, I'll pass it on. Tuscans already has all the transfers covered.

I've heard Coventry use Bluesky, but that reaches even fewer of their fans.

Panic over :'The Eagle has landed' for the Eagles...sorry. Printable tickets have duly arrived in my inbox along with apologies that they (ticket office) haven't received the cards yet!

I think my Villa-loving grandad would have called it 'Fred Karno's Army' or some such.
