No ticket, no information and no one at  AVFC who appears to give a fuck.

Not really sure where you've got that from. It's four days until the match starts, and they've communicated that they're sending the tickets out.

So I’ve got an individual ticket for Newcastle which I e downloaded to Apple Wallet.

For those wondering about transferring/forwarding to friends/family there is a button underneath the Apple Wallet button to do that. There is also a resale button down there as well.

I’d assume that to enable the functionality of forwarding or reselling tickets for
Matches they e had to do it like this rather than one pass for the season.

They have most if not all of our email addresses but have chosen not to use these to communicate. All does little to to give the impression of a well run operation.

Sure, but the game is ages away yet. Maybe they will.

Just to clarify, can someone confirm please.

We aren’t getting digital season tickets, but a match by match ticket ?
Some people have already received and downloaded their Newcastle ticket.

And the club have not communicated any of this new process to the fans.

Have I summarised this correctly?

Beginning of last season fo some of us who had to ask for email tickets to be sent, so yes on time, but little to inspire confidence.

They might be doing it individually because previously people were having to mess about to reset the ticket between matches anyway (at least people were posting about something like that).

Also lost and replaced phones etc are less of a problem if it is a single ticket rather then a whole ST or it works better with the Friends/Family options which is aimed to be used on an individual basis rather then forwarding the whole ST.

If season ticket downloaded would register attendance against you if used by someone else.. If individual match ticket is forwarded it will register against person you forwarded it to. ST Holder has to attend 14 matches otherwise you will lose the ticket.

if you forward a ticket to a family member do you have to pay the difference between 1/19th of ST price and the individual match price?

Also looks like the option to use the code instead of NFC is gone or is that only available 3 hours before the game?
