When are season tickets due to be available to add to digital wallets?

Ignore me. Apparently the answer is by Thursday.

After logging out of the app and back in again, I can now see a ticket for just the Newcastle game.
ie a one off ticket rather than a digital ST

I've sent a message to AVFC Support on Twitter asking what's going on.
I haven't received any email explaining a change of system to individual game tickets.

Nor have I seen any email regarding the new rules/method for transferring tickets

Scroll down to the comments, lots of unhappy punters.

Every day, in every way, Villa somehow manage to piss off their most loyal supporters.

Cock up, or conspiracy?

Some would say it’s deliberate - so that people don't renew.

So we are getting a ticket per match off the Villa app so theVilla support page has said, why can’t it just be like last season one season ticket added to my wallet and done, but now have to do this 19 times this season

Can you explain the labyrinth stages you had to go through because even though I have paid for a season ticket I can find no way of seeing it or transferring it to my apple wallet

Download the Villa app if you haven't already. Go into the Villa app, make sure you are logged in, and click "tickets". If it is there you should be able to download it. If it isn't there, it hasn't been issued yet. Try again in a day or two.

If you scroll down below the ticket is says something like download to wallet. I can’t remember precise wording because mine now says open in wallet,

Log out and log back in to the app and they should be there.

All they had to do was send an email at the start of this week saying how tickets would work this season.

If anyone knows how the new Friends & Family system works in terms of setting people up, please point me in the right direction

I now have every ticket I have bought including every season ticket in the app. There are 2 headings - resale tickets and forward ticket. I have bought some for family using their fan id but when I click the circle then forward it goes into another page and nothing happens there.

Seems to me you can get around the friend and family restrictions so long as you don't download the ticket to your phone and are happy for them to have your login details.

As things stand in the app I have a ticket for me, my lad and my mates lad. Which is odd as we are only linked via friends and family but sit rows apart.
The tickets are individual ones for Newcastle only and says they are available three hours before kick off. Could be fun in Saturday.

I think "available now" just means it will only actually work up to three hours before kick-off. So you can't rock up now and sit in the stand until Saturday. You should still be able to download the ticket, though.

I might be wrong as I haven't downloaded mine yet just in case something happens to me in the meantime...
