So if you qualify for a card due to a medical exemption (in a wheelchair? diabetes? head in a jar?) but lose it, tough shit, buy a phone.
And if you don't have a smartphone, tough shit, buy a phone.

In answer to the question - I haven't got a smartphone and have no intention of getting one, unless AVFC pay for one!

Makes me wonder what you're all using to post on here!

Fair enough. Sad that the club are losing a match going fan of over 30 years, as well as potentially others, over their reluctance to send a plastic card out in the post.

Sad for us of course, but the club don't really care. The fans they want don't need any help, they are more then willing to do whatever and spend whatever it takes to see a PL game.

I got the email but I didn't have a card last season. I'm not sure quite what Villa think they're gaining by not issuing physical cards which are probably numbered in the 100's to those who need them i.e digitally excluded etc etc

Must admit I do like the digital ST as I have lost the card in the past.

Add to that the plastic flags they give out for big games.

Are a few thousand season cards really that detrimental to the environment. Its more about money and controlling who has the cards.
Also all the plastic lanyards in GA+ and corporate . Its pure BS from the club . Its all about control of ST holders and the ticket .

It’s the PL rather than Villa who have mandated the move to e-tickets. It’s exactly the same if you go to Edgbaston now and most rail tickers are similarly moving to electronic versions. It’s the way of the world and moaning at Villa for if is pointless.
Rail tickets are available in paper

What in the sweet name of fuck has that got to do with anything? Chris has correctly pointed out what an idiot you are, and you reply with that, as if to further underline his point.
You really are of limited education Lee .
