BRUM itself has that amount assigned to the postal city. But we are also surrounded by other B numbers but postal wise, a different town or city is applied. (Sutton Coldfield, Redditch, Tamworth, etc).

So we’re 2/3 to 1/3 split in postal Brum but what about if you include all the other B postcodes?
It's the sort of thing 'they' care about, but in all honesty why should we give a shit?

I don’t but I do love stats so <shrugs shoulders>

He does Solihull and Sutton in separate posts on the original tweet.

I’m not on Twatter so can’t see anything other than the tweet linked to.

Yep and I always think it’s a source of pride that we are the Club of the midlands rather than an inner city side (or in small Heath case a portion of the inner city).

It’s the reason so many other midlands clubs confect a rivalry with us because we have supporters in their catchment areas.

£40 for the chance to buy a ticket is a bit steep to start with, but an extra £10 for Villa TV doesn’t seem unreasonable.

How much is the junior membership ?
As an old fart, i.e. Over 66, I asked for confirmation of the new rate for my membership - Their reply was as follows :
"Unfortunately we have no update if discount for over 66 members will be kept. Please keep an eye on our page after 1st of July as this information should be included in terms and conditions of new membership."

My reply, for which I shall be interested to see their answer :
"Thanks for your reply.  However, it seems barely credible that 13 days in advance of the 1st July changeover date, nobody in your department knows the prices for over 66 members. Are you able to ask this question of someone who does know the answer ? My membership is due to renew in July, am I and my 2 sons able to renew by 30th June at the present Over 66 and Adult membership rates ?"

You couldn't make it up - Announce an increase and then not be able to confirm the new rates.
Latest reply from AVFC Mmembership :
"Hi Mike,

As far as we know now, unfortunately there's no plans for over 65 discount.

Kind regards
Mike
AVFC membership team"

I've requested details  of a person to whom I might make my feelings / thoughts on this known. A 66.67& increase on membership rates for Over 66's - Why ?

You've saved me a 'phone call/email on behalf of my wife. Thank you. Please post further if you become aware of any developments re: Over 66's.

I thought I was about 30,000 when I joined it, but the email has just said that I was 38,744

I have jumped up to 895 with 151 points

Problem I have is I put my boy on the list at the same time, while he has been to plenty of games not as much as me, so would guess he would be further down the line, I can't even log in to the email address I set up for him to check

My son had an email today saying he wasn’t on the list as he had no points despite being a member and attending about 30 odd games over the last two seasons. Sounds like a glitch.

I wonder how many will come up for sale?

I’ve moved from 32844 to 1206 with 147 points.

I have dropped from 9200 to 19456, all because i am not a member. If it was a level playing field and I had known 100 points rested on it, I would have parted with the money.
I am fortunate that I have a mate with season tickets who spends half of the year in NZ and have first dibs, even if i "am him" for some games, but this feels like changing the rules in a despicable and devious way. My dream of getting my own seat when the North Stand is expanded are dashed. I will have to carry on bending the rules until they introduce face recognition to get in! Pissed off!
