I'm going for the finance this year too, is there any fee added (I think I read they added one last year)

I was considering the payment plan on the basis I’ll be 66 come end of August so, could I get most of the ticket at the over 66 rate? Does anybody know?

I think as long as you're 66 before 1st September you should qualify for it. That's how it worked for my old man the other year anyway.

No fee from what was mentioned in the previous releases.

Ive done finance for past couple of seasons and there is no fee, the total season ticket is broken down equally over 8 months.
My daughter turned 18 last xmas, didn’t impact on me paying under 18 price for her season ticket as that is the financial agreement signed, but I couldn’t purchase under 18 CL games for her post her birthday.

I heard about this and it was one of those quiet things the club quietly changed to make more money and haven't had much publicity about but I am not a fan. Concession rate used to be based on age at start of season and they've seen a chance to make a few extra quid

Maybe, but also maybe now systems are more accurate with DOB info that it's just doing what they would have done before anyway.

I get you, but am not going to hold this against them.
Conversely hitting the over 66 bracket should you have to wait to the following season or be aloud to buy cheaper when you are the correct age?

Viz a Viz any ST's released to the Waiting List after the STH's have had their opportunity to renew by 4th July, then any moving, Max Stokes on Villa on Tour said on a video yesterday that he was present at a recent FAB meeting with the club. They were told that c. 250 ST's were released to those on the Waiting List at the start of the season just finished, but that they had to go down to c. 2500 on the list before all the ST's were sold. So the club aren't talking rubbish about the numbers on the list that have little to no interest in supporting the team regularly. I know that some on the list will be kids put on by a parent who are not yet attending, but that won't account for the apparent 45% on the list that haven't bought a ticket in the last 2 seasons. My 2 sons and I have our fingers crossed awaiting our postion on the Waiting List.

Thanks Dogtanian. We're 3 consecutive numbers on the waiting list, so should hopefully get offered STH's about the same time, but probably not sat together.

You’ll be able to choose where you sit surely?

Hi AV82EC, not sure if it was you and your Dad or son that we met at Hilton Park Services after a night game ? The 3 of us live in Rochdale and Manchester.
My understanding is that you get offered the seats that are available and I would have thought it unlikely that there will be 3 seats together or near to each other. My sons are in their 30's so not a case of needing seats together or near each other, just preferable.

You can choose from any available, although possibly not the Holte End as they hold them back for Terrace View.

Obviously, 3 together will probably mean you'd be looking at the back of one of the other stands, but it's certainly possible.
