Yep, and if we somehow get past Spurs, that means he'd be ineligible for 3 of our next 5 games.

And hopefully by the time the CL comes back around Torres and Mings will be available, so he's likely to be a bench option, or right-back option.

At least if we buy him he can play against Chelsea, and it's just the cup games he can't play in. A loan at this point doesn't really fix our immediate problem, unless Mings and Torres are miraculously cured in the next few days.

If Chelsea have now reached their maximum of 6 permitted outgoing loans, then us loaning Disasi is now off the table and we can only buy him.

With the caveat that I've already misread the rules once today..
