Not enjoying a couple of the comments I'm hearing (one from Froch) about how Dubois 'chose' to go down the first time, and 'quit' the second.

There was similar after the first fight.

Just because something doesn't look like a clip from Rocky, doesn't mean it isn't a hard shot, and just because a fighter isn't out cold, motionless, doesn't mean it's not a clean knockout.

I haven't seen many people going on about how Ali's shot vs Foreman didn't 'look' like a knockout punch, or complaining that Foreman was still moving on the canvas so he must've quit.

It's disrespectful to both men.

There's always been huge controversy over the Clay-Liston fight.

I haven't read Froch's comment but there were fewer fighters more durable than he.

Was never a fan of Froch, but his knockout of Groves was probably the best knockout punch I've ever seen.

That one did look iffy though, from Liston's perspective.

Dubois has had to work to re-establish himself after two tough losses before, and I just don't think it's fair to suggest he'd now go down easily in a unification fight.

Yeah, one made for slow-mo, that.

Haha someone sent me a link to a 'football lads' FB page post about that earlier today. Something about 'definite hard man attire'.

Tonight's got off to a good start and it should be a decent card.

Eubank v Benn rematch set for 15 November, that's as long as Benn hasn't decided to join the SAS in the meantime!
